Return and Refund Policy

At Sunkissd x Salty Studio, each tote is hand-painted and created with care. 

I want you to love your piece, and I understand that sometimes a return or exchange is needed.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in its *original condition*

This means: unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received...

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. 

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handmade Items

Because each tote is individually hand-painted, slight variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
