Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for supporting Sunkissd x Salty Studio. Each tote is individually hand-painted with care, and fulfillment times reflect the time needed to create and prepare each piece.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and processed within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing via Etsy. Because each tote is hand-painted, please allow additional time during high-volume periods or collection launches. If there is any foreseeable delay, i will personally reach out to you to discuss

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Order Fulfillment

Each tote begins with carefully sourced blank canvas bags from trusted suppliers before being hand-painted by me. While I do my best to maintain inventory, occasional supplier shortages may occur.

If an item or material becomes unavailable, I will contact you directly as soon as possible to discuss options, including:

• A similar replacement option
• Adjusted fulfillment timing
• A full refund, if needed

My goal is always to ensure you receive a piece you love with unwavering customer service.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Etsy or email (depending on where the order was placed).

Shipping Issues

Sunkissd x Salty Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or delayed significantly, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
